Donald Moore has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, investor and entrepreneur, including significant experience and knowledge of the global aviation, shipping, ports and other transportation and defense & security sectors. His business and professional experiences include being partner in global law firms, in-house counsel and head of financial analysis and strategic planning at a Fortune-500 transportation company, principal of hedge and private equity funds and serving on the board of directors of private and public companies. For over two decades, his business activities have been global and cross-border, including significant experience in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Middle East and the United States. Donald has a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude), a B.A. (political science) degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (With Distinction), and an M.B.A. (International Business) from the University of Miami (Valedictorian). Donald also serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of New York (www.hkany.org).
