ACC believes that one of the ways through which corruption can be curbed in Afghanistan is the development of a better understanding of the complex bureaucratic system and ensuring compliance with state regulations. ACC acts as an intermediary between its Afghan and non-Afghan clients and the Afghan government and enables them to comply with the laws and regulations and avoid fines and other sanctions in a lawful way. - Obtaining licenses and certificates from the government
