ACC acts as an intermediary between its Afghan and non-Afghan clients and the Afghan government and enables them to comply with the laws and regulations and avoid fines and other sanctions in a lawful way. ACC employs Afghan staff that is well versed in navigating the complex Afghan regulatory and government system and provide advice and service in relation to:

  • Compliance with tax and other financial regulations
  • Customs – Exports and Imports
  • Immigration Services and visa for expatriate workers
  • Representation of clients at local and national government entities
  • Development of MoUs and contracts between government and non-government entities
  • Obtaining licenses and certificates from the government
